杨治广，环境工程专业，工学博士，副教授，硕士生导师，现任河南城建学院市政与环境工程学院实验教学示范中心主任。
主要从事固体废物资源化、水污染防治等方面教学科研工作，主持完成地厅级以上科研项目2项，横向项目2项，主编《固体废物处理与处置》大学教材1部，发表学术论文20余篇，授权专利5项。获河南省教育厅科技进步一等奖1项。指导学生获得大学生国家级“创新创业”1项，省级2项。
